We are looking for an RPO Recruiter with experience in end-to-end Non-IT/Engineering recruitment and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle client requirements and stakeholder coordination.
Hire across Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain and other Non-IT functions.
Source, screen, coordinate interviews and drive closures.
Maintain recruitment TAT, quality and candidate pipelines.
