Role & responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design
Own SailPoint architecture and overall IAM solution design.
Define integration architecture and security controls.
Lead architecture review board discussions.

Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction across the project lifecycle.
Mentor developers and implementation teams.
Enforce architecture standards and best practices

Delivery Management
Lead solution implementation from requirement gathering to production rollout.
Ensure quality, scalability, and compliance requirements are met.
Support complex troubleshooting and performance optimization

Stakeholder Engagement
Understand client business requirements and propose fit-for-purpose IAM solutions.
Conduct workshops, design reviews, and executive presentations.
Provide strategic IAM transformation recommendations.

Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and internal security standards.
Drive audit readiness and access governance maturity.

Preferred candidate profile Must-Have
Strong expertise in SailPoint architecture, design, and implementation.
Experience leading large-scale IAM transformation programs.




Solid understanding of IAM architecture and integration patterns.
Ability to create architecture, HLDs, LLDs, and design documents.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, certifications, and provisioning.
Solid Java and API integration skills.
Experience integrating authoritative sources and target applications.
Team leadership and stakeholder management capability.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Positive-to-Have
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation experience.
Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, ForgeRock knowledge.
Cloud IAM and Zero Trust architecture.
DevOps and CI/CD integration for IAM deployments.
Kubernetes and container-based deployments.
SIEM integration (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar).
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) integration.
Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Healthcare, Telecom).
