Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide and monitor a team of Field Sales Executives.
Set and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Plan territories, customer visits and market coverage.
Monitor daily field visits, enquiries, follow-ups and order generation through ERP.
Develop current customers and expand business in existing and current markets.
Maintain robust relationships with key customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Review salesperson-wise performance and take corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth order execution.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS to Management.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Textile/Fabric Manufacturing others are also welcome.
Prior experience in team handling and field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with positive market knowledge.
Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
Good knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
