Education: BCA / B.Tech / BE in IT/Computer Science; Master’s preferred

Experience: 1+ year in staffing/recruitment preferred
English: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Communication: Qualified, confident and fluent English
LinkedIn: Robust knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing
Recruitment: Understanding of sourcing, screening, follow-ups and candidate handling
US Staffing: Experience/knowledge of U.S. staffing preferred
Night Shift: Must be comfortable working 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday
