Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, coordinating property requirements, and supporting the company’s sales growth in corporate housing, serviced apartments, residential leasing, and facility management services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through corporate outreach, brokers, references, and networking.
Handle inquiries from corporate clients, expatriates, and embassies.
Coordinate property viewings and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and comparison sheets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal operations teams.
Maintain records of leads, closures, and client communications.
Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Conduct market surveys and stay updated on rental trends.
Represent ARCS professionally in all client interactions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
