We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Explain company services, processes, and offerings to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Stay updated about company services and relevant market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
