Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in identifying and generating current leads.
Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or meetings to support relationship building.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales campaigns.
Prepare reports and track performance metrics of sales activities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring in fresh ideas for customer acquisition and retention.
