We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Automotive Sales Officer to generate vehicle sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of automobiles, solid communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Generate new leads through showroom enquiries, calls, referrals, digital leads, and field visits.
Meet customers and understand their vehicle requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and available offers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Prepare quotations and sales documentation accurately.
Negotiate with customers within approved company policies.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.




Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
Achieve customer satisfaction and support post-sale relationship management.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales campaigns.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
Good knowledge of automobiles, vehicle specifications, and automotive market trends.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance, and registration processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales software.
Valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
