We are looking for a strong sales professional with experience in B2B / SaaS / HR-Tech / Job Portal sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to understand technical product features while selling to
HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and acquire new clients (HR Heads, TA Managers, Hiring Leaders).
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Generate a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into paying customers.
Technical Product Demonstrations
Demonstrate the portals features such as job posting, database search, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Understand client hiring needs and map them to product capabilities.
Provide consultative solutions and address technical/product queries.
Solution & Subscription Sales
Sell subscription plans, resume database access, branded solutions, and enterprise hiring packages.
Customize proposals based on client size and requirements.
Handle negotiations, objections, closures, and onboarding.
Account Management & Growth
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Drive renewals, upsell add-on services, and increase revenue from existing accounts.
Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support teams.
Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition goals.
Track sales activities through CRM and prepare business reports.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Experience in B2B or enterprise sales
Understanding of online job portals / recruitment platforms / SaaS
Ability to explain product features in simple terms
Target-driven with a strong sales personality
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Preferred Background
Experience in selling job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Foundit, Shine (preferred)
SaaS / HR-Tech / ATS sales background
Strong customer-handling and presentation skills
