Key responsibilities
Lead sales planning for Jabalpur and assigned nearby territories.
Build distributor, retailer, institutional and B2B relationships.
Coach Sales Executives and review targets, coverage and collections.
Drive market expansion across retail, schools, hospitals, NGOs and workplaces.
Prepare weekly sales, stock, collection and market-development reports.
What we are looking for
Solid leadership, communication and sales-planning ability.
Comfort with field-market development and team coordination.
FMCG, hygiene, retail, distribution or B2B experience is an advantage.
