Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, colors, styling options, and pricing.
Achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets.
Cross-sell and upsell products to increase the overall bill value.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
Assist customers with trial, fitting, size selection, and alterations where applicable.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
Check stock availability and help with replenishment and merchandising.
Build positive relationships with regular and prospective customers.
Maintain awareness of current arrivals, offers, collections, and ongoing promotions.
Follow store policies, billing procedures, and loss-prevention practices.
