Role & responsibilities
Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributor network to achieve business objectives.
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver target achievement.
Expand market coverage, distribution reach, and outlet penetration.
Ensure effective execution in the General Trade (GT) channel.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Track sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Experience in FMCG/FMCD General Trade sales.
Solid distributor and team management experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
