We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Salesforce Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through thorough testing and validation. You will work closely with our development and business teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Identify, record, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Selenium, and ApexUnit
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Experience with other CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM
