Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls with patients and prospective customers generated through digital and marketing channels.
Understand patient concerns, requirements and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
Educate patients about QI Spines treatment approach, consultation process and available treatment options.
Schedule and coordinate consultations with the appropriate clinic/doctor.
Follow up with leads at different stages of the patient journey to improve conversion.
Counsel patients on the value and perks of recommended treatment plans.
Address objections related to treatment, pricing, timelines and other concerns professionally.
Convert qualified leads into consultations and treatment enrolments while maintaining a patient-first approach.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with clinic, clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Track individual performance against daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and conversion reports.
Build long-term relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.
Qualifications & Skills
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
