Role Description This is a full time Salesperson role based in Mumbai, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site work at the dealership The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and online customers, understand their requirements, present suitable vehicle options, and provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-ups via phone and email, preparing quotations, coordinating test drives, and supporting customers through the purchase and delivery process.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with the finance and service teams, and meeting assigned sales targets while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
Effective communication skills, including confident speaking,



active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on closing deals ethically and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Comfort with using computers and digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately and on time.
Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational background of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode based in Mumbai and adapt to adaptable schedules as required by business needs.
