FORGE combines NEXIS’s college-level pedagogy, industry expertise, and hands-on learning to give school students meaningful exposure to AI, entrepreneurship, business, and real-world problem-solving.
We are looking for a Sales Lead – Schools Partnerships to build and scale FORGE from the ground up.
About the Role
You will own the school partnerships pipeline for FORGE — from identifying and approaching schools to building relationships with Principals and Trustees and closing long-term institutional partnerships.
This is B2B enterprise sales, not tuition or student counselling. You will be selling a high-value education solution to school leadership and building partnerships designed to run over multiple years.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the school partnership pipeline across Siliguri and the hills
Identify and connect with Principals, Trustees, Directors and school leadership
Conduct institutional meetings and presentations
Understand school requirements and position FORGE accordingly
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership terms
Close 3-year MoUs with partner schools
Maintain accurate pipeline, follow-ups and sales forecasts
Build long-term relationships with school decision-makers
Work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure a smooth transition from signing to delivery
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in school sales, education partnerships, institutional sales or B2B enterprise sales
Existing relationships/network with school leadership across North Bengal will be highly valuable
Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to confidently engage with Principals, Trustees and senior decision-makers
Commercial mindset with a robust bias toward closing
High ownership, persistence and follow-through
Willingness to travel across Siliguri and the hills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
