The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing current opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both recent and existing customers.

About Us The Brandora Co is a creative and tech agency. We've been building for a year now across web development, branding, UI/UX, packaging design and content. The work is solid and the demand is there. What we need now is the right person to bring in clients and close deals.

The Role

You'll own the sales side of Brandora. That means finding businesses that need what we do, starting the conversation, pitching, and taking the deal all the way to a signed project or retainer. You'll work directly with the founder, and your results will be visible from day one.

What You'll Do
Find and reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and in-person meetings
Pitch our services to the right businesses, from a website for a cloud kitchen to branding and packaging for a growing brand
Handle objections, follow up consistently and close deals
Meet clients face to face around Dehradun when needed
Keep your leads, follow-ups and outcomes updated in our tracker

Who We're Looking For
Confident in conversation, and not scared of cold outreach or rejection
Target-oriented, with real drive to close
Based in Dehradun and able to meet in person
Good communication in Hindi and English
A self-starter who doesn't need to be chased
Prior sales experience is a plus but not a must. Attitude and results matter more.

Compension
Commission-based, with no fixed salary. The more business you bring, the more you earn.
