We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable granite and marble products
Explain product features, pricing, and advantages clearly
Maintain showroom display and ensure products are well-presented
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
Requirements
Prior experience in sales or showroom handling (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of granite/marble products is an advantage
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
