Business Development & Relationship Management Intern Company: Race Engineering

About the Role Race Engineering provides GPU compute to Indian AI teams. We’re looking for an intern who can build a qualified sales pipeline and manage customer relationships from first contact through activation and ongoing usage.
Key Responsibilities Research and identify AI startups, developer teams, research groups and other potential GPU users.
Reach out through LinkedIn, email and relevant communities with personalised messaging.
Qualify prospects based on their AI workloads, GPU requirements, current setup and decision-making process.
Book qualified meetings and maintain accurate pipeline records.
Respond to inbound enquiries within the same working day.
Support new customers through onboarding and their first GPU launch .
Monitor account usage, conduct regular check-ins and re-engage inactive customers.




Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and share recurring feedback with the product team.
What We’re Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate.
Strong interest in AI, GPUs and cloud computing .
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organised, proactive and comfortable with outbound sales.
Previous exposure to sales, developer communities or campus ambassador roles is a plus.
Key Performance Targets 25 qualified accounts/month | 150 personalised outreaches/month | 10 meetings/month | 95% same-day inbound response | 60% new accounts activated within 7 days.
