Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales prospects.
Explain company products and services, including LED Projectors, Hologram Fans, and other digital display solutions.
Follow up with leads received from various marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain regular communication with clients and build solid relationships.
Update lead status and customer information in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
