Job Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical training in Apparel-related skills.
Train candidates in garment stitching, sewing machine operation, fabric handling, measurements, finishing, and quality control.
Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
Conduct assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
Maintain attendance, daily training reports, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.
Support candidates in developing job-oriented skills and workplace readiness.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant qualification/experience in Apparel,
Garment, Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field.
Relevant industry/training experience preferred.
Positive practical knowledge of apparel production and stitching operations.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
ToT certification will be preferred.
Experience in Skill Development projects will be an added advantage.
