We work with ambitious brands and are building a robust outbound sales engine to grow our client base.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Intern who will help us identify the right brands and decision-makers, reach out to them and create qualified opportunities for our BD team.
You will be responsible for building and managing the top of our sales funnel.
What You’ll Do:
-Research and identify relevant companies and potential clients
Find decision-makers such as CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads and Growth Heads
Build and maintain a high-quality lead database
Use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn to find and verify prospects
Execute cold email campaigns
Conduct LinkedIn outreach
Assist with cold calling and follow-ups
Follow up with prospects consistently
Qualify interested prospects and book meetings for the BD team
Maintain accurate lead and outreach data in our CRM
Track responses, meetings and conversion rates
Research brands to identify potential prospects for Whizbang
Who We’re Looking For: -Solid communication skills
Good written English
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Highly organised and consistent with follow-ups
Good at internet research
Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic sales tools
Eager to learn sales and business development
Prior experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email or B2B sales is a plus, but not mandatory
This is a high-ownership role. You’re not just going to be sending emails , you’ll be helping build the sales pipeline of a growing creative agency.

Location : Mumbai / Remote
Experience : 0–2 years
Stipend
: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience and knowledge in this feild)
