Requirements
Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Customer relationship management abilities, including transparent communication, active listening, and professional follow-up.
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property documentation, and local market dynamics in and around Kolhapur.
Comfort using CRM tools, email, and spreadsheets to track leads, update records, and prepare simple reports.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any stream;

education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate sales or field sales is preferred
Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when required, and travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in Marathi,hindi and English, with skilled presentation skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
