We are looking for a agile and target-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Education & Training industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and other sales activities.
Counsel prospective students regarding training programs and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until enrollment.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and clients.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events whenever required.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Education & Training sector.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Consultancy will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
