We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Specialist to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in SAC with a strong background in L2 or L3 support. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Analytics Cloud Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy SAC solutions to support business analytics and reporting requirements.
Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support for SAC, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Data Integration: Integrate SAC with various data sources such as SAP BW, HANA, and other third-party applications.
Dashboard & Report Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
User Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the utilization of SAC.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAC solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAC configurations, processes, and support activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Support Experience: Robust experience in providing L2/L3 support for SAC.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SAC administration, data modeling, story development, and predictive analytics.
Data Integration: Experience with integrating SAC with SAP BW, HANA, and other data sources.
Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
