To work on the SAP OTC related production support. This role uses consulting skills and SAP solution expertise to support BPO/BA/corporate SAP and business users in EMEA.
Responsibilities/Duties
SAP EMEA local support supervisor
Production support cover OTC area
To analyze the current business processes and scenarios and develop solutions
Project support for SD module
System configurations
Function Spec etc. documentations
Work with Technical staff on customization
Support resolution of data issues in the functional area
Participating in writing and maintaining of Unit testing
Assisting with integration test planning and execution
Develop business process procedure documentation
Develop end user training material and deliver training.
Go live and post go live support
Other Production support
Other tasks as assigned
Education/ Work Experience
Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT
5 years or above SAP SD and S/4 Hana related experience.
Valuable computer skill
Good analysis skill
Logical thinking
Quick learner
Written and verbal in English.
Valuable communication skills
Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must be willing to travel in North America, Europe and Asia when required
Global view with Asian culture understanding.
SAP user experience is preferred
Chinese speaking if preferred.
