Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales & Distribution and Customer Service processes.
Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA SD solutions based on business needs.
Design and support Vistex solutions for rebates, chargebacks, incentives, claims, and pricing programs.
Work on Customer Service (CS) processes including service orders, warranty management, and service contracts.
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and technical teams.
Prepare functional specifications and support developments, integrations,



and interfaces.
Conduct client workshops, provide solution recommendations, and support go-live activities.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD).
Mandatory experience in Vistex.
Mandatory experience in SAP Customer Service (CS).
Robust knowledge of
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Pricing
Sales Orders
Deliveries
Billing
Credit Management
Returns Process
Experience in Vistex modules such as:
Rebates
Chargebacks
Incentives
Claims Management
Pricing Programs
Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Implementation project.
Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
