HIRING – OOH MEDIA SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 3–8 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven OOH Media Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Outdoor Advertising industry and experience in generating business through brands, advertising agencies, media buying houses, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Sell OOH and DOOH advertising solutions including Billboards, Metro Media, Airport Advertising, Transit Media, Retail Branding, Digital Screens, and Experiential Activations.
Prepare media proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Manage client accounts and ensure timely collections.





Desired Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in OOH Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Business Development.
Robust network with advertising agencies, media planners, and corporate marketing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Sound understanding of outdoor media planning and advertising solutions.
