We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales training and product knowledge sessions.
Train sales executives on customer handling, communication, and sales techniques.
Develop training modules, presentations, and practical activities.
Conduct role-plays and field-based training sessions.
Identify skill gaps and provide coaching accordingly.
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare feedback reports.
Coordinate with managers to understand team training requirements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales Training or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
Automobile/Car Care industry experience will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel across North India as required.
