Job Responsibilities:
Conduct sales training and product knowledge sessions for the sales team.
Train recent employees on sales processes, customer handling, and Hyundai products.
Monitor and improve sales team performance.
Conduct role plays, assessments, and regular refresher training.
Identify training gaps and prepare suitable training plans.
Coach team members on lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Track training effectiveness and submit performance reports.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma.
Experience in automotive sales training or sales preferred.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
