Job Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and offers.
Conduct test rides and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of two-wheelers, finance, and insurance.
Ability to work effectively in a showroom workplace.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
