Project Description:
Solid SAP HCM experience across core HR processes.
Exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll or Time Management is preferred.
Ability to work with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
S/4HANA or SuccessFactors integration exposure is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, support, and implementation activities.
Valuable exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or related modules is preferred.
Robust understanding of integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
Ability to work closely with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, issue resolution, and user support.
