Develop and optimize downstream processing protocols for goat and rabbit polyclonal antibodies.
Perform and optimize antibody purification from serum/plasma to achieve desired antibody purity, yield, concentration, and functional activity.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot immunoturbidimetric assays using purified antibodies.
Evaluate antibody performance, specificity, sensitivity, stability, and lot-to-lot consistency.
Conduct laboratory experiments for R&D; and process development and independently interpret experimental results.
Identify process and assay-related challenges and develop appropriate troubleshooting strategies.
Support development of recent antibody-based diagnostic reagents and improvement of existing products.
Prepare experimental protocols, reports, technical documents, and maintain complete R&D; records.
Support scale-up and technology transfer of optimized processes to Production.
Collaborate with Production, QC, QA, and other R&D; teams during product development and troubleshooting.
Follow applicable SOPs, GLP/GMP requirements, biosafety practices, and laboratory safety procedures.
Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
