We are looking for an experienced SAP BW 4 HANA Specialist with over 12 years of expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and data extraction, alongside extensive experience in SAP BW and HANA, to deliver strategic solutions that drive business insights and value.

Key Responsibilities
SAP BW 4 HANA Development & Implementation: Lead end-to-end SAP BW 4 HANA projects, including requirements gathering, data modeling, system configuration, and performance optimization.
Data Modeling & Extraction: Design, build, and optimize complex data models, and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support comprehensive reporting and analytics.
Business Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights using SAP BW 4 HANA reporting tools.
System Optimization & Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize system performance, manage data volume, and implement best practices to ensure high availability and efficiency of SAP BW 4 HANA solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior team members,



ensuring best practices are followed in data modeling, data extraction, and report generation.
SAP HANA Integration: Work closely with SAP HANA to design efficient data storage solutions, integrating with SAP BW for seamless data processing and real-time reporting capabilities.
Documentation & Training: Document all development and operational processes and provide training to business users and IT staff on SAP BW 4 HANA functionality.

Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA, including at least 5 years in SAP BW 4 HANA.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in SAP BW 4 HANA and SAP HANA data modeling.
Robust skills in ETL processes, data extraction, and data modeling.
Experience with performance optimization in SAP BW 4 HANA settings.
Familiarity with ABAP for custom enhancements in SAP BW.
Additional Skills
Valuable understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud and BW on HANA migration best practices.
