Qualification - 3 year Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate - with positive communication skills in English and local language/Hindi.
Should be well versed with Inventory software and Excel tools such as Pivot and VLookup.
Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in Parts, out of which 5 years as Parts Distribution Sales Manager/Distribution Operation Manager (CV or Passenger car).
Should have done a minimum turnover of 1 Cr per month.
Have managed a team size of 5 to 10 and above.
Positive Market knowledge in the Commercial Vehicle segment/Passenger Car segment within our territory.
Valuable understanding of market potential (District wise).
Should have fair ideas on Marketing, Branding and pitching the product in the market.
