We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented Sales & Marketing professionals to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through self-lead generation, networking, referrals, and field activities.
Handle enquiries and ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
Conduct and coordinate property/site visits and convert leads into sales.
Recruit, develop, and coordinate with Channel Partners / Referral Partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support marketing activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
Develop robust relationships with customers, channel partners,
and other business associates.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and daily activity reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain skilled standards, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive work culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
