Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring current clients across the developer and contractor community of Mumbai.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline capable of delivering the agreed sales budget.
Build and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships.
Take accountability for all customer-related credit interactions and ensure timely resolution of credit matters.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth and effective project execution and delivery for customers.
Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management. Qualifications

Required (Education and Technical)
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Construction) OR Business (Finance or Sales Marketing)
At least 5 years sales experience in construction supply market especially to mid-low rise residential and commercial buildings
Experience in leading a channel or distribution sales team in a multinational OR large Indian conglomerate
Experience in selling a premium product
Proven knowledge and job site experience in Indian construction market
Solid sales management experience in negotiation and closing.




Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high performing sales team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Required (Attributes and Motivation)
Ability to analyze and understand problems and find novel and divergent solutions.
Ability to assert self and influence another to your point of view
Ability and willingness to operate as an entrepreneur for the assigned territory and not be afraid to dream, take ownership and/or calculated risks.

Background in Civil Engineering
