Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
Drive team self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value.
Remove impediments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
Coordinate effectively with Solution Architects and development teams to ensure technical alignment.

Skill Requirements
8+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum settings,
preferably with a software development background.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or relevant Scrum Master experience.
Robust understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and team dynamics.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.
Proven coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
