Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Sales and Marketing professional, located in Rajastahan, MP, UP and Haryana. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to the sales team, managing sales operations, and driving revenue growth.
The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and lead a team towards achieving sales targets
Experience in Training to mentor and enhance the skills of the sales team
Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships to build and maintain business opportunities
Proficiency in understanding market trends and industry dynamics in the mining and metals sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated with organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
