Requirements
4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related engineering role.
Current or previous experience at a product-based company.
Solid hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML systems.
Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, or similar applications.
Robust understanding of LLMs and their practical application in production.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem statement and go deep to find and implement a solution.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, evaluation, prompt engineering, or model integration.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Candidates with only surface-level exposure to GenAI/LLMs/Agents will not be a valuable fit.

Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world use cases.
Own AI problem statements end-to-end,



from understanding the problem to production deployment.
Design reliable systems involving LLMs, tools, retrieval, memory, and structured workflows.
Experiment with different approaches and identify what works best for the problem.
Improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost of AI systems.
Build evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for AI applications.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into AI solutions.
Debug failures and continuously improve production AI systems.
