The Salesforce Platform DevOps & Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, optimization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
This role will involve implementing best practices in continuous integration and deployment, enhancing productivity through automation, and ensuring data integrity and security.
You will act as a bridge between development, operations, and the quality assurance teams to ensure seamless and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You are Responsible for
Managing Salesforce environments including production and sandbox setups, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Overseeing the deployment of new features, customizations,



and system updates in alignment with business needs.
Collaborating with QA to implement testing strategies that ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize downtime.
Monitoring and resolving issues related to the Salesforce platform, including user permissions, data management, and integration with other systems.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
Proven experience in Salesforce administration, DevOps practices, and quality assurance methodologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹325,850.77 - ₹1,468,366.73 per year
