Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, project objectives, and brandguidelines.
Prepare space planning layouts,concept presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
Create detailed drawingsincluding layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooringlayouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
Prepare 3D visualizations,renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
Coordinate with clients tounderstand project requirements and provide design solutions.
Conduct site visits, surveys, andmeasurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Select and specify materials,finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per projectrequirements.
Work closely with projectmanagement, procurement,



and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation ofapproved designs.
Review shop drawings and vendorsubmissions for compliance with design intent.
Ensure designs comply withapplicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Participate in design reviewmeetings and client presentations.
Manage multiple projectssimultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Resolve design-related issuesduring project execution and provide timely solutions.
Maintain project documentation,drawing records, and design revisions.
Stay updated on industry trends,emerging materials, workplace design concepts, and creative technologies.
