Job Summary The candidate is responsible for the end-to-end Business development activities of Probiotic primarily and some aligned ingredients from Nutraceutical basket. The individual will work with Commercial business teams, Business Development, New Product Launch, Quality and Product Life Cycle Management to ensure a co-ordinated and coherent approach to customer management. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting key business processes that drive continuous improvement and revenue.

Job Responsibilities
Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model by maintaining a close relationship with all Partners and provide support to how performance metrics and service expectations can be met.
Communicate all BD information necessary and in a timely manner to ensure Recent Product launches.




Engage in all Business development activities to ensure service to current as well as recent customers to align with the market dynamics
Responsible for supporting the Inventory management process, including target setting, stock maintenance, projections, disposals
Collaborate and participate in Current Product Launch and Life Cycle management Projects.
Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

All other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirement
Minimum 3 years of Experience in Nutra / Probiotics Industry
Pharma / Science Graduate or Postgraduate
Excellent Communication Skills
Well versed with Microsoft Suit
