Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide captains, stewards, and service staff.
Ensure productive and timely food and beverage service.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
Train and mentor junior service staff.
Monitor table setups, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Ensure proper billing, order accuracy, and service standards.
Support upselling of food, cocktails, and beverages.
Maintain a positive and professional team workplace.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Captain or Captain in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle busy shifts and manage a team.
Customer-oriented attitude and qualified grooming.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
