nWe are looking for an experienced SAP CDP / Emarsys Consultant with hands-on experience in customer data management and marketing automation.

nRequired Skills

n

n
4–8 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, or related technologies.
n
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CDP / SAP Customer Data Platform and/or SAP Emarsys .
n
Positive understanding of customer data management, segmentation, customer profiles, and identity resolution .
n
Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, personalization, and customer journeys .
n




Hands-on knowledge of Emarsys Automation Center, Segmentation, Campaign Management, and Engagement Channels .
n
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data integration, and external system integrations .
n
Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, retention, and engagement processes.
n
Good knowledge of data structures, data mapping, and data quality concepts.
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
