Handle residential electrical repair, installation, and maintenance services.
Attend customer service requests professionally and on time.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, etc.
Carry out minor electrical installations and replacements.
Ensure safety standards and proper workmanship at every service visit.
Maintain valuable customer communication and service quality.
Requirements:
3+ year of relevant electrical experience.
Positive knowledge of residential electrical systems.
Customer-friendly attitude and skilled appearance.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls.
Relevant ITI/technical qualification preferred.
