Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage security personnel and ensure the overall safety and security of the company premises.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards and security staff.
Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily records.
Handle security incidents and emergencies effectively.
Coordinate with management, employees,



and external security agencies when required.
Ensure guards follow company security procedures and instructions.
Provide training and guidance to security guards.
Report security incidents and operational issues to management.

Requirements:
2–8 years of experience in security operations/supervision.
Experience managing a team of security guards.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
Solid discipline, alertness, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹9,724.97 - ₹37,367.31 per month
