Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations
Supervise and guide Captains, Stewards, and Service Associates.
Ensure smooth and timely service during all meal periods.
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure exceptional guest experience.
Manage VIP guests, special requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, table set‐up, and ambience of the outlet as per SOPs.
Maintain accurate reservations, table allocation, and occupancy management.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order execution.

Team Supervision & Training
Conduct daily briefings and share menu knowledge, promotions, and service updates.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff.
Train recent staff on service standards, hygiene, and guest handling.
Ensure grooming standards and discipline of the team.

Inventory & Compliance
Manage stock levels for linen, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.




Conduct regular inventory checks and raise requisitions when needed.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety standards and hotel hygiene policies.
Monitor breakages, wastage, and maintain cost control.

Sales & Revenue
Promote upselling and suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
Support in planning and executing promotions, themed nights, and special events.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare shift reports, staff deployment charts, and guest feedback summaries.
Assist in preparing duty rosters for the outlet.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
