Senior Operations Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (₹50,000 CTC per month)

Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the same industry will be preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, advanced Excel knowledge, and extensive experience in handling e-commerce operations while effectively managing teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Handle team productivity, performance management, and workforce planning.
Manage and optimize processes across various e-commerce platforms.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data using Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operations.




Identify process gaps and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Drive business growth through process optimization, team management, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Operations Management.
Solid understanding of E-commerce Platforms and Operations .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Dashboards, Data Analysis, etc.).
Proven experience in team handling and people management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced workplace.
Experience in operational planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
Experience handling large teams and managing multi-functional operations.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
