Required Experience & Skills
· 5 to 7 years of experience of mobile app development with robust expertise in Flutter & Dart
· Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, and rendering
· Advanced experience with state management i.e. Bloc (must have), Riverpod, Provider, GetX.
· Cloudnative development experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
· Robust knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations
· Expertise in Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
· Proficiency with Android & iOS build pipelines, signing, and deployments
· Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality tools
· Robust grasp of performance optimization, memory management, and security
· Hands-on experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps collaboration
· General Insurance domain knowledge in health/motor/travel insurance.
